Welcome to the International Racing Association, your source for racing insurance and advertising.  As part of your affiliation, you will receive a discounted insurance rate for each pit and driver pass you use for your race events.  We have rates for 1 million, 2, 3 or 5 million in liability insurance with ambulance coverage included, $25,000 in excess medical, and $10,000 accidental death and dismemberment, all provided through one of the worlds largest underwriter of motorsports insurance.  Included in this price you will receive colored and numbered wristbands, insurance waivers, minor’s releases, and a simplified instruction sheet.  These insurance passes can be good for up to 3 consecutive days if declared in advance on the written order form seven days prior to the event.
Read over the materials carefully and down load and fill out the Track Application.  Return these forms along with photos of your facility, a copy of your practice and race schedule and an estimate of the number of wristbands you will use per event.  Once your facility is accepted you can start saving money and simplify your ordering and sign in procedure.
At sign in all your racers need to do is print and sign, on either the driver or pit waiver, place a wristband on their arm and they are on their way.  In the case of a minor, the parent or guardian will fill out the minors release form in place of signing the waiver.  At the end of the event you simply count the names listed on the waiver forms and minors releases, multiply that number by your pass rate and send a check for that amount along with the sign in sheets and minors releases.
